Linda holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Rhodes University, Grahamstown, South Africa. She also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Procedural Law (with distinction) from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Linda is currently enrolled for a Doctor of Laws (LLD) degree at the University of Pretoria and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society (Pretoria Chapter).
Linda is passionate about family law legal counseling. She has a keen interest in protecting children's rights at all costs, especially in divorce cases and in the administration of deceased estates. Linda strives to foster a culture of non-adversarial dispute resolution in Family Law and dreams of a day when legal representatives actively prevent and stop facilitating bullying in Family law cases.

Linda is a practicing Attorney in South Africa, duly admitted in 2012. She is also a practicing mediator and was appointed as an accredited court-annexed mediator in 2015.

Linda is also passionate about the protection of the rights of workers through the adoption of constructive dispute-resolution processes. She believes in a future where the labor dispute resolution systems in South Africa can be improved to protect against bullying through the abuse of court processes.

Linda presided in the Compensation Tribunal, South Africa for 5 years ( 2017- 2022).
